Nishant Pant is a serial entrepreneur, engineer and CNBC contributor who has been trading the markets since 2006. Before building his own trading products, he spent 11 years writing software for the wealth management and finance industry. He has mentored more than 6,000 traders.
He is the founder of TradeWithMaya and BedRockPortfolio, home to two fully automated trading systems: Maya, a short-term options algorithm, and Bedrock, a long-term ETF portfolio. Together they have been trading for hundreds of traders without those traders lifting a finger.
His books teach a rules-based approach to options trading. Mean Reversion Trading introduced the idea, and Trade Like a Machine (November 2026) shows readers how to build and test a system of their own, step by step, with AI helping at every stage.
