Sarah Farrell

Sarah Farrell was born and grew up in Kent, England. She went to Middlesex University and worked in London before becoming a journalist in Swindon, Portsmouth and Barrow-in-Furness. She has lived in Spain since 2005 and loves exploring this amazing country. She launched Secret Spain Travel Guides to share some of Spain's history, culture, cuisine and fiestas with you.

Sarah thanks her grandparents, Molly and Hugh Farrell, for her love of travelling and storytelling. She also has her parents Denis and Janice to thank for her love of journalism, news and general nosiness. Her father also shared his passion for Charlton Athletic and Boxer dogs with Sarah.
