Michael J. Robinson

Michael J Robinson was born in Glens Falls New York in 1977 and raised in St. Catherine’s Orphanage until the age of 3. When the orphanage was shut down, he was placed in the foster system until he was five years old. Never knowing his biological parents, he was eventually adopted at the age of 6 by two very loving people who put it all on the line for their new son. His loving father, Edward J Robinson was the Chief operating officer of Nabisco and then later became the President of Avon cosmetics worldwide. His loving mother, Gail L Robinson was the proud mother and homemaker of the family. Michael was an only child as he never decided to look for his biologicals, he had everything he ever needed right at home with his adoptive parents Edward and Gail and their family and friends.

Growing up he became a natural athlete and played and competed in many different sports, soccer, basketball and especially ice hockey as he had been on the ice since he was 6 years old. Diagnosed with learning disabilities at a very young age he also suffered from ADD and ADDHD. He didn’t let this stop him from striving both in the classroom and on the ice. He Graduated from St. Thomas Moore high school in Oakdale Connecticut in 1996, where he had made Dean’s list and was accepted into many collages.

After collage he moved around a lot and lived all over the country. His first novel Shattered Consequences was recognized and invited to Pitch-Fest 2016 in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace. Although the novel wasn’t chosen, Shattered Consequences did make its presence known. These days Michael spends his days writing as 2 new books are in the process of being released and he has more in the works. When he’s not writing, he loves being a father to his beautiful 6 year old daughter. He currently lives in Jacksonville Beach. He’s a simple everyday guy!
