Philip Steer

Philip Steer completed his PhD at Duke University, and now teaches English at Massey University. His research focuses on the literature, environments, and political economy of settler colonialism in the Victorian era, focusing especially on Australia and New Zealand. He and his family live in Palmerston North, New Zealand.
