Hello! My name is Jonas and I am from Russia.

When I was born, doctors gave me a diagnosis that I would be mentally slow, but my mom actively worked with me and went through various medical practices, and took me to the pool a lot and in the end, everything passed and I grew up healthy. At an early age I started to display creative abilities in drawing. As a result of my active swimming in the pool, I also had very good results in swimming, especially under water, I could and can now hold my breath for a few minutes without any trouble.

In school I loved to play soccer and water polo, and after graduation I applied to college as an architect and there I began to really discover my creative abilities in full measure. Drawing, art, design, making projects, sculpting, and making small models… I also got into serious bodybuilding during that time and it really pulled me in.

Bodybuilding became my starting point to study questions on diet and the health of a person. During that time I constantly studied various training regimens, and dove into getting to know nutrients, and theirs interactions on the cell level of substances (biochemistry) and applied all this knowledge into my own training practice. But the biggest discover for me was a plant-based diet, which made me more healthy and rid me of my problem with extra weight, because I had always been big!

All my life is a search for my creative path, and I love to do so much. One of my key hobbies is music: I play the guitar, piano, sing, and study arrangements and make music. Sometimes, when I am really inspired, I draw pictures and write poems. I love to take pictures of nature, artistic places, and unusual landscapes. The meaning of my life is creation in creative gusts of energy, helping people and the surrounding world, and studying natural sciences and a constant search for new knowledge.

I really like to write, and I will do more books on various topics: culinary, health, artistic literature, fantasy, children’s books, and books dedicated to certain topics. I also feel close to theater and video and I want to think up different plays and ideas and make it all come to realization. I love to meet new people and talk to them about different things, it develops my imagination and helps me to make up more interesting stories.

My values in life are family, children, health, HONESTY, openness, and getting to know the world and helping people.
