Sheri Rokus

Sheri Rokus was born in Utah and began writing as a teenager. In 1988, she attended Ricks College, where she got engaged and soon married. When she divorced in 2002, she drove to a Christian bookstore looking for a book about divorce and left empty-handed. Sheri became passionate about writing the divorce experiences of others.

In 2011, Sheri married Michael Rokus and moved to Roseburg, Oregon. In 2015, Sheri went back to school and wrote for the journalism department at Umpqua Community College, earning a certification as a communications specialist in organizations. Sheri and Michael have a blended family of seven children and two grandchildren.
