Mr Ryan Doherty

There was a time when I felt completely lost. After taking a tablet for hair loss, my libido vanished, I lost my dream job, and fell into a deep depression that lasted over four years. I spent thousands seeking help and nearly gave up hope—until I made the powerful decision to focus on the light, believe there was meaning in my suffering, and begin helping others. That choice saved my life. I left marketing to volunteer with a homeless charity, later managing their drop-in centre and supporting refugees and asylum seekers. In 2021, I co-founded Starling Collective, empowering and uplifting those rebuilding their lives.

My journey from darkness to light inspired my performance in the Theatre of Witness play Sanctuary and the writing of my book, where I discovered a profound truth: we are already free. As a Journey Practitioner and Advanced Theta Healer, I help others reconnect with their true nature—boundless, formless, and infinite.

Now living in Belfast, I’m a passionate Liverpool FC fan who loves to dance. My mission is to help others rediscover freedom, belonging, and joy by remembering that, no matter what, you are already free.
