Dickon Levinge

Brought up in Ireland and London, Dickon Levinge spent the early & mid 1990s in Los Angeles where he trained as a director & screenwriter at UCLA and USC film-schools. There he wrote, produced and directed a number of short films and began writing screenplays.

After LA he returned to Ireland and optioned an early script to a London based producer, which led to further options, commissions & collaborations. Since then he has written over a dozen scripts across a spectrum of genres, both on spec and on commission.

More recently, Dickon wrote and published his debut novel, A Month In The Life Of Jackson Grimes, which is based on one of his scripts of the same title.

He is also a passionate photographer and a remarkably amateur boater, now living on a narrowboat — cruising, scribbling and snapping his way around the inland waterways between London and Oxford.
