Fiona Seigneur was born in London England in the early 70's. The youngest daughter to a hard working family couple already with an eldest daughter they called Shirley who was 6 years her senior and also guardians to her three cousins, Gaetan, Gloria and Florita.

As the youngest in the family, Fiona found her love of reading, writing and also speaking from an early age.
