Geoff has been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for 35 years. He received a Master of Divinity degree in 1977, a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy in 1984, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology in 1999. As a practicing psychotherapist, Geoff has treated virtually every type of emotional and relational problem in the context of individual, couple, child, adolescent, and family therapy. Geoff's wife is also a practicing psychotherapist and co-authored a workbook for couples that has been used in presenting couple’s seminars. Geoff has taught at Pepperdine University as an adjunct professor since 2001. He has also taught at California State University, Northridge, and most recently at California Lutheran University.
