Astri Doub is a writer whose book, Ability Innovation, examines innovation in disability housing and has been featured in WBAL and The Skimm. She has also been published by The Mighty and the CDSPG - a local group for parents of people with Down Syndrome. She has participated on panels about the sibling experience at Kennedy Krieger and has volunteered at Camp PALS and the Special Olympics. Her work with IDD advocacy has also taken her into the past as she created a narrative that examines disability history through the lens of Rosewood Center, a former Baltimore institution.
