Violet Plum, who studied Law, English Literature and Creative Writing with The Open University, is a hill hiking, Scrabble playing, chocolate scoffing story lover who is best known for writing and illustrating vegan-friendly comics, picture books and chapter books in which the heroes don't eat meat, drink milk, go fishing or wear leather jackets.
