Antoinette Allen

Dr. Antoinette Allen was born in Richmond, VA and grew up in Charles City, VA. She is currently the Chief Storyteller at Two Cups of TLC,LLC where she helps clients pursue authentic leadership-life harmony through art infused learning opportunities. Antoinette's passion for people and leaders began in the U.S. Air Force, where she served 21 years in numerous places and positions until her retirement in 2014.

Through her writing, Dr. Allen hopes others will see her as an encourager, motivator, and ultimately a warrior that heals. Antoinette seeks to inspire others to, "Keep Moving Forward," despite their circumstances or feelings. She firmly believes there is hidden treasure inside every one of us and we must never stop searching for it and sharing it with others. Antoinette considers herself one of God's Colorful Women (Sunshine Yellow) and intends to leave a legacy of healing.
