Steve Morris CEO of Asset Strategies Group, LLC. Since 2002 ASG has helped over 120 specialty retailers improve their real estate supply chain with business service solutions that include analytics, deal negotiation, store design and construction, lease administration, and technology. Prior to ASG, Steve was SVP, CFO and CAO of Limited Brand’s Real Estate and Store Design and Construction shared service organization and responsible for over $1 billion in annual occupancy expense spend and over $500 million in annual capital spending. A Harvard MBA, Steve brought more than 25 years’ experience in finance, strategy and business reinvention roles in leading national retailers prior to co-founding ASG in 2002.
