E.L. Rice

E.L. Rice was born and raised in a small mid-western town in the fabulous 1980s. She spent her days riding her bicycle and swimming in the lake with her friends, and her nights were spent reading books under the stars, becoming absorbed into far away lands and going on adventures with her favorite characters. Mrs. Rice always admired the dedicated teachers who worked so lovingly with her to help her overcome her learning difficulties. She worked for several years in public schools helping struggling readers develop the same love and appreciation she had for great books.

E.L. Rice dreams of bringing a variety of great books to readers of all ages for their enjoyment. When she is not writing, she enjoys bicycle riding, hiking, reading, and playing video and board games with her husband and three children. She advocates to bring awareness to debilitating childhood illnesses and the effects they have on families.
