Sarah Harvey is an executive coach and leadership mentor, facilitator, workplace mediator, and author with over 30 years of experience.
Following an extensive career in HR, including several senior HR roles, she established her consultancy and coaching business in 2003. Sarah also served as a Board Director of a mental health and wellbeing organization for five years and was Chair of two regional branches of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) between 2006 and 2017. Now working with individuals, teams, business owners, directors, CEOs, board members, senior and middle managers, she focuses on using organizational psychology to create workplace cultures that enable everyone to maximize their potential at work.
Sarah developed her Savvy Conversations® concept and STREETCREDS® framework in 2013. She uses her psychological research and personal experience to work with organizations on their culture, values and leadership behaviours, as well as helping with team effectiveness, workplace relationships, communications, motivation, performance management, emotional intelligence, management skills, unconscious bias awareness, conflict management, and workplace mediation.
Sarah is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, Member of the International Coaching Federation, Member of the European Coaching Council, and Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society. Currently studying towards a Masters in Organisational Psychology.
