James Fleckenstein

James R. Fleckenstein is a researcher, educator, author and coach with nearly twenty years of experience in helping people improve their intimate relationships. Jim's expertise has been recognized by invitations to present at 13 major sexuality/relationship therapy and research professional conferences since 2002. He’s also reached hundreds at over 20 lay conferences.

His relationship research has been published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal and included as a chapter in an academic book (he has another paper currently in press for publication in 2021), and he’s been interviewed in the Chicago Tribune, the Guardian, and a guest on radio and podcasts.
