Mark Dickinson

Mark Dickinson was born under a full moon on a cold January night just as the clock struck midnight. Perhaps that is the reason for his calling to the darkness. He has been a fan of horror as long as he can remember, spending many afternoons at the movie theater for the Saturday matinees, which of course, showed many classic horror movies. A self-proclaimed horror kid, he fell in love with Poe, Victorian Gothic, and the tragedies of Shakespeare. He even wrote a "Monster Musical" as a kid. He has released 2 Novellas, 2 Short Story Collections, A Children's Book, Comic Book, 2 Poetry Collections. Also, as a professional musician for over 30 years, he has released 30 plus albums. He is also the host of The Horror Of It All's Silent Screams at Beta Max T.V. on Roku and the web-series "The Horror Of It All," which showcases local events that go on during the month of October. He has produced, written, and acted in several films in the "Saga of the Vampire DeBlood" series. He even directed, produced, and stared in a Dramatic Reading of Varney the Vampyre! If that wasn't enough, he also owns the website Horror-Punks.net. He resides in Binghamton, NY, with his wife and seven cats. A jack of all trades, master of none.
