Glenn D. Esterson

I am an advocate of the underdog. I am supporter of those who chase dreams. I am an architect of high roads and middle grounds. I believe that humble beginnings and rough starts do not determine future outcomes. I know that real personal growth is extremely uncomfortable and failure is eminent, and these are just parts of the process to success. At my core I am rooted in the concept that all people (yes even "those" people) deserve empathy and understanding, after all, that is what I needed most when I was going through all of my life's trials and tribulations.

I know this because I have been on all sides of the coin. I have been poorer than you, i have started lower on the ladder than you, I have been through more life altering situations that felt completely devastating at the time, only to learn later in life that that there was a reason for being compelled down that path. Life is a meticulous and painful journey when you don't understand the rules. The game of life almost seems rigged. The infinite amount of "If=Then" variables can complicate even the most simple tasks.

All that said, I am certain that each of us has the ability to dramatically shift the trajectory of our futures. Belief in yourself is fundamental to your future. Learning from your experience is paramount. Implementing the lessons learned from failure are crucial if you want to make gains. Being willing to "cut the fat" in order to achieve is an absolute necessity if you want to reach your desired destination. Never settle for complacency, always strive to improve the situation.

Move forward like your life depends on it. Work your purpose like your life depends on it. Its OK to fail, just get back up again, and again and again and again. - Glenn Esterson
