Ian Child is co-founder of propertyCEO, the UK’s premium property development training organisation.

With a background in international corporate leadership, Ian has worked with some of the world’s largest brands during his 30-year career, allowing him to see first-hand what makes these businesses and their people so successful. Having also waded through an endless number of books and training courses, Ian’s goal is to create effective and entertaining tools that help people get the results they want without them having to wade through an endless number of books and training courses.

With propertyCEO, Ian and his business partner, Ritchie Clapson, leverage over 75 years of combined property and business experience. They teach ordinary people how to be extraordinarily successful in small-scale property development, while also giving them the personal skills they need to achieve their goals.
