Amla Mehta

Amla Mehta is a speaker, teacher and author based on her journey of facing blindness. Ironically enough, because Amla faces gradual vision loss, this condition in and of itself, represents the catalyst. Meaning, she inspires others to live authentically and powerfully, despite any adversity. Amla also encourages others to be brave and compassionate, straight from the heart, “because” she walks her own talk. As a woman currently living with tunnel vision and seeing through steamy fog, she is a strong advocate on behalf of the global community, whether people have physical challenges or not. After all, nobody is immune from encountering obstacles in life. Some people merely have bigger hardships than others.
