Cynethea Cunningham is a gifted author, poet, and artist whose works deliver meaningful messages of hope, kindness, and resilience. A Bachelor of Religious Education graduate from United Christian College in Washington, D.C., Cynethea served as a missionary in Liberia, West Africa, where she taught academics and the Bible while mentoring young girls. Beyond her writing, she’s an advocate for breast cancer awareness, earning recognition for her Tuti Tender-Heart doll project. Cynethea and her husband, Ward, have been devoted to Christian ministry for 47 years. They reside in Maryland, cherishing the memory of their son, Brandon, and the company of their eldest son, Andre. Cynethea continues to inspire through her writing, creativity, and service.
