Jill Wolff

I am a contented recluse who lives with abused rescue dogs in the Colorado mountains. My favorite activity is walking with dogs, and I love both reading and learning. The wealth of information at my fingertips makes continual learning easy and fun. I enjoy reading mystery and fantasy books for pleasure and read more than I watch TV.

I’m living the best part of my life, and that feels great on the good days. However, my body has a degenerative disease, a broken digestive system, and chronic pain from injuries, so there will always be bad medical days. But now I have the knowledge, tools, and patience to ride out the bad days and make them temporary. Having acceptance of my body’s limitations, and knowing how to manage them, has created peace within my body, and I treasure every day of life that it is giving me!

I wrote my book with the hope that the knowledge and ideas will help other people who are experiencing immune system challenges, whether directly or through someone they love. Writing is a hobby for me, not a profession, and I am a hermit by choice. Part of that choice is because I’ve spent my life dealing with bullies and trolls, privately and publicly, and I’ve had enough of the emotional damage caused by those interactions. So, sorry, but I’m not offering direct contact at this time. I appreciate your understanding!
