Tammy Ward

Born and raised in in Cincinnati, Ohio. Leo, her husband of 38 years, and she moved around for his job where they lived in Columbus, Ohio, Naperville, IL and Cranberry Township, PA. For the past 15 years they've lived in Charlotte, NC. She devoted most of her time raising her two boys, Kyle and Brett. Kyle is married and had twin boys in May 2019. Her youngest son, Brett, is recently engaged and lives in Raleigh, NC. Her family is the most important thing to her.

She enjoys the outdoors and loves to play tennis, golf and hike. She does pet therapy with their dog, Buster at a children's hospital.

The death of her sister, 46 years ago, impacted her deeply and was the inspiration for her writing this book.
