David A. King

David King is an experienced professional who has represented companies and business owners in a broad range of industries and M&A transactions. He has worked as a CPA, corporate attorney and M&A advisor, helping entrepreneurs to develop their business, from formation to their exit strategy. David combines skills developed in several professions with a firm understanding that technical issues should not supersede a seller’s business objectives.

As an attorney, David has represented business entities through their formation, sale, governance and taxation. He practiced corporate securities law at Sidley Austin Brown & Wood on Wall Street and at Wilson Sonsini in Silicon Valley. In Silicon Valley, he worked on venture capital, initial public offerings, stock option plans and mergers & acquisitions. On Wall Street, he counseled clients through public offerings of securities and international transactions. David worked as a Senior Accountant for Deloitte. He is a proud father of two who enjoys family and outdoor activities along with college football.
