Carolyn Rose

Throughout her career, Carolyn Rose loved teaching struggling readers, watching their spirits rise as they gained skills and grew to love good books. Now she volunteers with the refugee population, meeting fascinating people from all over the world. She is currently working with a refugee woman, writing her story about fleeing war-torn Liberia. She and her husband live near the mountains in Colorado, close to their children and five grandchildren.
