Katie Hutton

I am an Irish writer of mainly historical fiction, living in Italy with my husband and three cats. As Katherine Mezzacappa I am the author of The Maiden of Florence, shortlisted for the Historia Gold Awards 2025, The Ballad of Mary Kearney and Lucie Dumas. As Katie Hutton I have four titles: The Gypsy Bride, The Gypsy's Daughter, Annie of Ainsworth's Mill and The Maid of Lindal Hall.
