Jonathan Sireci

Jonathan is an Air Force Academy graduate who spent six and a half years as Air Force Officer before transitioning into corporate back office management roles. During his time as an officer, he led teams of industrial engineers who built complex workforce planning models in support of vital Air Force operations.

In 2013 Jonathan joined Walmart’s Global Shared Services team where he led strategic planning for major Accounts Payable initiatives, contact center design, technology selection, RPA and HR centralization projects.

He joined Sanford Health in 2017 where he led the HRIS team and deployment of the Employee Service Center, Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting projects.

Jonathan now leads the HRIS team for Procore Technologies - a well established and fast growing construction management vertical SAAS company.

Jonathan is a passionate English Premier League (Tottenham) fan, enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Meghan and three sons and leading Bible studies at his local church.
