Prateek is a Quality and Business Excellence expert and preacher.

He is a practicing Lean Thinker and a Master Black Belt in Six

Sigma. Based out of Dubai, he works with some of the biggest

names on the business firmament in the Banking, Retail and IT

sectors in the Middle East in helping take their business processes

towards excellence. He has been working for the last 25 years’

in the quality domain for organizations like IBM, LG Electronics
