Sarah Tomac

An award winning author and speaker on the history of International Harvester, Sarah is a fourth generation farmer with a lifelong passion for red tractors which started at an early age. She was riding on them long before she was able to operate one. Sarah has spent countless hours caring for the land, providing for her family and many others.

International Harvester history is fascinating as the global company brought many innovations to every home, both on and off the farm.

By educating others through farmers markets and on-farm visits about diversity of farming and the ways of the past, many have fallen in love with tractors or pumpkin as a result.

When she’s not writing about tractors, you can find her in the field, driving the old tractors among the pumpkins.
