Dana Prieto

Dana, which looks like "Day-nuh" but is pronounced "Dan-nuh" (blame her parents), is a sports-loving, art supply collecting, mama to 5 extraordinary children who range in age from 22-2 years old! She loves to paint, read biographies and attend minor league baseball games (when she's not at work, chasing a toddler, going to college orientations, band performances or cleaning up after the family's not quite house-trained puppy). She is admittedly guilty of starting multiple art projects at once, or even worse, buying all the supplies and never starting at all.

Dana is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a major in Public Health.

One day she would love to dive into writing educational, young children's books, as they are short...like her attention span.
