An alumnus of prestigious institutions such as St. Xavier’s College, IIMT, CCS University, and IIT Delhi, Dhananjay holds multiple academic accolades including degrees in Advertising & Sales Management, Marketing Management, Law (LL.B), along with certifications in Project Management and Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
He served as the Regional Sales Director at Deskera, a leading global software MNC. Worked as Head of National Key Accounts at Rivigo. He spent over a decade at Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in building sales ecosystems and driving digital adoption among India’s small and mid-sized enterprises.
Born and raised in rural India, Dhananjay’s journey from humble beginnings to corporate boardrooms is a story of grit, learning, and leadership. A Vigilant Citizen Award winner and committed social activist, he is also the founder of The Indian Social Services (TISS) — a volunteer-driven platform that engages professionals in impactful weekend social initiatives focused on education and community development.
