Sandy Wilson

Sandy Wilson lives in Leeds, England. He has published “Memory Spill”, a memoir of his childhood in Scotland during the 1950s and 60s. His novel “Lost Souls of the Missing” (republished as “On This Battlefield I Lie” under the name Alexander Wilson) is set in the present end day, and during the Great War. The story explores how warfare causes emotional damage, not only to the combatants, but casts a shadow over the generations who come after. His current ‘work in progress’ novel Hotel Moralez, set in the Spanish Civil War and the present day follows a similar theme and will be published in 2023.

His anthology, “Splinters and Feathers”, is a collection of his short stories, memoir and poetry. His second anthology “Looking For Light”, contains writings from the Covid Pandemic period. His work has appeared on numerous internet literary platforms including The Drabble, and Cafe Lit.
