H.C. Townes

H.C. Townes grew up a fan of all things supernatural and unexplained. From Creature Feature to science fiction, H.C. became enamored by the mysterious.

After being told by friends he should write down his stories, H.C. began to create his own works. Starting with short stories, only read by close friends and family, H.C. finally moved to publish his vampire novella, Penance.

Penance is the first in a series of tales, following the life of Jack, a young boy raised by a clan of Japanese vampire assassins. H.C.'s vampire's offer new ideas mixed with ancient mythology and tales of the supernatural beings. His first book in the series is bound to leave you longing for a sequel.

H.C. lives in the country, just outside of Charleston, South Carolina. There, he is currently working on the sequel to Penance and a short story compilation.
