D L Gollnitz enjoys producing fiction for readers who want to see themselves in books they enjoy, particularly mature women. As an educator who spent many years in high school classrooms coaching writers to improve their craft, her own fictional writing was put on hold. She lives in the Midwest with her husband where she enjoys the four seasons. The changing landscape inspires her writing and quilting projects. She finds writing fiction to be an exciting endeavor that contrasts with years of academic writing.
