Joe Moe

Joe Moe is a 3rd generation Hawaiian entertainer, playwright, vocalist, filmmaker, and designer of dark-rides for international theme parks. He was a regular contributor to FAMOUS MONSTERS OF FILMLAND magazine and co-creator of MAD MONSTER magazine and horror conventions! Joe "best friend" to the late genre icon FORREST J ACKERMAN in his “Ackermuseum” of Sci-Fi, Fantasy & Horror memorabilia. Joe is Hollywood Specialist in the Entertainment & Pop Culture Dept. of BONHAMS AUCTIONS, LA, premiere Hollywood collectibles auction house.

The "Fanthology" series is Joe Moe's brainchild and current passion project. Partnered with Nicholas Grabowsky’s BLACK BED SHEET BOOKS the series is published annually, populated by short horror stories written by fans for fans. Each edition discovers unpublished writers and features established authors. Designed to encourage creativity, literacy and to discover new voices in the genre community.
