Skip Mondragón

Amateur wresting aficionado, Toastmaster, twenty-six year Army veteran, Internal Medicine physician for over thirty years, writer, speaker, teacher, preacher, coach, and National Veterans Wrestling Champion, Skip wears many hats.

Dr. Skip Mondragon graduated from the Oral Roberts University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the Northeast Ohio University College of Medicine Affiliated Hospitals at Canton, Ohio. He then began his career as an Army physician. He deployed four times, and spent thirty months in combat zones. With every promotion and award, he told others, "My wife and children are the true heroes. They deserve these more than I do."

Colonel Mondragon wears many hats, but the one he treasures most is serving as the Mondragon patriarch. He believes his crowning achievements are his five unique children, four amazing grandchildren, and especially his almost forty-year marriage to Sherry. She is his fellow adventurer and the love of his life.
