De Hicks is the Founder and President of the RMC Group of Companies. SCGI is the oldest of those companies, specializing in research-based solutions to the complex challenges high impact leaders face.

Dr. Hicks’ research and writing applies the most current tools and perspectives from behavioral economics, neuroscience, psychology, and sociology to the challenges high impact teams face.

Dr. Hicks has supported leaders for over three decades as they grow their organizations while contending with massive economic, cultural, technological and professional challenges.

“Adventure over comfort,” is the guiding principle of his life. An avid lover of the motorcycle lifestyle, De is more often on a bike taking the long way around, regardless of wind and weather, than in a car.
