Julie A. Ryan

Julie A. Ryan is a novelist, essayist, poet, and artist who views everything through a satirical lens. She has always been interested in writing, art, math, science, and humanitarian issues. Even as a child, she felt it was her duty as a human being to speak out against social injustice—way before it was cool. Her sense of humor and obsession with justice for all seeps into each of her creations.

In this era of political blunders that begs for comic relief, she feels it’s time for the When Life Was Still trilogy. She also believes that everyone deserves a safe space to call their own, so all profits from the sales of Relative Space: a concrete bed of poetry will go toward helping people experiencing homelessness.
