With over 15 years of experience in different areas of finance, business, and real estate markets, Ryan Litfin offers a unique blend of vision, leadership, and knowledge. With his real estate and development projects, Ryan has contributed to creating hundreds of jobs and thousands of work hours, which has not only helped the economy but with these projects, thousands of people have a place they can call home.

Ryan holds degrees in Economics and Finance from Gustavus Adolphus College. He graduated in 2004, and he has been an active participant in the business community ever since. His work experience is not just limited to the US, but Mr. Litfin’s experience and knowledge extend across North America, Europe, and Australia.

Ryan Litfin has co-founded a Minneapolis based privately held firm called Vincent Companies, which he is also managing. Vincent Companies specializes in a unique yet straightforward principal. They identify opportunities, they manage risks, and through careful management, they create exceptional value. Vincent Companies has different divisions that deal in various areas of business and investment. Some of the divisions of Vincent Companies include Vincent Real Estate, Vincent Energy, and Vincent Development.

Vincent Real Estate is one division of Vincent Companies. Through this company, several projects have been developed a total of over 1,000 units. Urbana Court Apartments and NOVO Apartments are two major development projects that are prime examples of Vincent Real Estate. Apart from these, there are several projects which have been developed for senior living communities with all the necessary assisted living amenities, which are especially important as the baby boomer generation ages.

Ryan is also a radio personality. He has co-created a well-researched, and thoroughly organized radio show turned podcast called Financial Fortitude. Hosted by Ryan Litfin and his co-host Mr. Dale Creed Francis, Financial Fortitude has been providing informative, fast-paced, and entertaining dialog for almost a decade.
