Jeffrey Ikler

Jeff Ikler is Director of Quetico Career and Leadership Coaching where he works with individuals to overcome career issues and with leaders to develop sustained changes in their leadership practices and organizations. His leadership philosophy is simple: leaders exist to serve and develop their staffs in pursuit of achieving desired outcomes and impact.

Jeff has written extensively on leadership issues and development. He is a former high school teacher and educational publishing executive at Prentice Hall / Pearson Education.

When he's not writing about leadership or education, you can find him writing screenplays, fly fishing, or cooking gourmet dinners for his family.
