Gail Lee

Gail Lee (Saito) was born and raised in Long Beach, California. After graduating from Wilson High School, she moved to San Diego to attend college. She taught for over 30 years with the San Diego Unified School District. Tired of planning her activities around the traffic and congestion of a large and growing city, she moved to Medford, Oregon in 2013. It was a good move. Living on an acre of land gives her the opportunity to garden and grow a lot of her own food. Volunteering with several organizations (one of course in an elementary school) and daily walks with her dog, Luna, keeps her busy. Spring, summer and fall, you most likely will find her camping. She is passionate about taking steps to be kinder and more gentle with the earth, as well as all people.
