Jennifer Davis is passionate about educational reform and is working to change people's attitudes towards the natural world through exposure and fun in the outdoors. She has spent her life working with children and trying to encourage creativity and problem solving through hands-on learning opportunities.
Jennifer has taught both primary and secondary school in the UK, runs Stonebury Learning CIC which provides forest school opportunities to the Bristol home education community, and creates dynamic learning opportunities through creative problem solving challenges and workshops.
Jennifer runs workshops, delivers INSET to schools and speaks at events. She covers topics from educational reform, the need for creativity in education and inspiring and fun ways to spend meaningful time in the natural world. She is currently writing her second book, 'How to Nurture a Problem Solver'.
A home educating mum to two lovely boys, Jenni can pretty much fit whatever needs doing in - even if it's nearly bedtime and is going to require sewing! And if none of that suits your taste, she can make a mean chocolate brownie.
