Utssav was exposed to the profession at a very young age, hailing from a family of architects and engineers and saw through various facets, contrasts and contradictions that inspired him. He studied and brought knowledge from business design, design thinking and theories of innovation into architectural practice and developed frameworks like Inventive Architecture and more.

These profoundly changed how he and his company looked at the projects and the way their designs responded to the clients' purpose, user-centricity and impact on nature thus carving a new niche.

Utssav strongly believes in finding the spot of WIN-WIN situation for doing business. He cultivated an interest in the theory of disruptive innovation and strongly pursues the power of problem framing and holistic approach to applying his domain expertise in innovation methodologies. Through design thinking and visual tools in fast-paced high-impact engagement, he has helped clients from various verticals through consulting sessions for crafting their strategies and ultimately achieve their bold vision.

He has authored ‘REBOUND’, a book on how to bounce back and dispute your markets with Strategic Innovation.
