Tracy Gordon is an American author specializing in innovative recipes for healthy diets and clean living. Her passion began in high school while taking home economics. There she learned the basics of cooking but was dissatisfied with the antiquated methods. Tracy was determined to create healthier versions of classic standards and began her exploration in the culinary world.
She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. She enjoys traveling across the country and trying new cuisines with her husband and their young daughter. Each new experience provides inspiration for her recipes, often combining them with time proven favorites we have come to love and enjoy. When she has time, Tracy can often be found running, swimming, and hiking.
Tracy currently lives in a small town along the Hudson River in upstate New York, just far enough away to avoid the bustle of New York City and close enough to enjoy the vast wealth of its culinary experiences. She is currently working hard on compiling recipes and menus for her forthcoming cookbook.
