Csaba Toth is the founder of the multi award-winning ICQ Global (www.ICQ.global), the leading expert in measuring, visualising and optimising psychological safety, motivational drivers and cognitive diversity, the 3 invisible forces that make or break a team.

He is the developer of the ICF accredited Global DISC and Growth Zone programs, he is member of the Forbes Coaching Council and Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.

Csaba has over 15 years of experience in setting up start-ups and working with entrepreneurs, coaches, and leaders of global businesses and Fortune 500 companies.

His goal is to empower people to get along with themselves and others by understanding the blueprint of why people think and behave differently so they can turn those differences into synergy instead of painful liability.

Csaba has 3 master’s degrees and he is certified in several leadership, intercultural, behavioural, psychometric, and organisational development frameworks. His mission is to make the science of uncommon sense as uncomplicated and practical as possible, so people can actually apply it to unlock their own potential and bring out the best in others.
