John Marron

John Marron was born in Halifax, U.K. on April 26, 1938. He grew up in Keighley, UK and eventually married his beloved wife Shirley, and together with their two children they migrated to the United States in 1964. An Engineer by trade he eventually changed careers and became a public speaking and sales trainer with Dale Carnegie. He loved a captive audience and loved to tell a story. In 1985 he decided he wanted to write a novel. Sadly it was never published until today!

I am writing this bio on behalf of my Mother, Shirley Marron. I am Alison Layne, John and Shirley's daughter. My Father died suddenly in 2017 with out fulfilling his dream. After his death I found a box of unpublished manuscripts, and decided to have them published as a tribute to his legacy and to help support my Mother as she battles Alzheimer's Disease. 100% of the profits from the book go to supporting my Mother.
