Jondi Whitis

Author Jondi Whitis is a communications professional, currently as trainer and speaker, and previously podcaster, Film/TV producer, cable TV and ad exec. Creating resources for those in the healing, helping professionals complements her professional training activities. Well-known for her warmth and making complex concepts accessible, she loves what she does - teaches people of all walks how to Feel Better Fast.

Jondi is an enthusiastic student of mind-body information, including ACEs, neuroscience, epigenetics, traumatology, and the somatic/cognitive/socio-emotive foundations of the human design. She practices Tapping and several ofter energy healing protocols that rapidly affect the Autonomic Nervous and Limbic systems, providing effective relief and access to resourceful states. She is founder of several meridian energy wellness groups, and the collaborative community of USA meridian energy practitioners, Spring Energy Event, now in its 8th year.

A popular figure in the emerging field of EP, Energy Psychology, Jondi is an Accredited and Certified Master Trainer of Trainers for its most popular protocol, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Her focus, to provide effective resources for those called to be helping, healing agents of change in the world, is reflective of her longtime commitment to the registered educational charity, EFTinternational.org, where she is an active member of its Training & Accreditation Board. EFTinternational.org is a world leader in standards for accredited, professional EFT training.

Jondi believes her professional background laid the foundation for her current work, with its focus upon creating safe relationship in trauma release, children's work and veterans PTSD relief. She has combined her 'new kid' childhood identity with her years as a Teaching Artist in NYC public schools, an urban middle school PTA president, and a podcaster and Film/TV professional to comfortably communicate on issues transformation and healing. Jondi uses it all in her travels, sharing the good news of health & wellness available to everyone.
