With more than 18 years of experience in product management and leadership, I love to share my personal (and oftentimes embarrassing) stories about failing on the job so that you don't have to make the same mistakes. My extensive work in Fortune 100 companies, startups and launching my own venture that was acquired, has helped shape my definition of what a product manager is and the skills required to be an effective one. I am also the founder of Product Immersion, full-day training workshops for product managers, and a keynote speaker at flagship product conferences around the country.

An engineer by education and entrepreneur by trade, I am obsessed over pioneering initiatives that will change the way we work, live, and communicate. I've spent my career focusing on people, innovation, and technology — the ingredients that I believe are fundamental to building a successful business.
