Cynthia has been a landlord for 30 years with over 500 tenants. She represented herself in court in 1994 in the Eviction court. After a few Evictions, she dove into the Post-Judgment proceedings to collect. Collecting over $250,000 her fellow landlords urged her to write a book so they could collect also.
